Penpoint (Penpoint Architectural Signs) was established in 1997. This company is run a man with a great eye for design and experience for perfection. He committed to finishing all incoming projects efficiently and in a timely manner.
This quite incredibly gifted man is George Hernandez. George proudly earned his Bachelors of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona and the same year he started his business. He has a special talent that no one else could compare.
George has had plethora of experiences; such as, 3D Modeling, Cad Drafting. Animations, Renderings, Presentation Boards, Graphic Design Layouts, Metal Fabrication, Welding, Neon, Electrical and Installation and he list goes on. His true passion is building, creating and helping others with their passion.
All of this, while working at a rapid pace on both Macintosh and Windows interfaces. George has worked at Dougall Design (now called Shema Dougall) and interned at Morphosis and few architectural firms before deciding to break off to manage his own business.
Penpoint (Penpoint Architectural Signs) has definitely grown significantly within the last fourteen (14) years and this company would not be at the status of where it is at today without his talent, passion and creative eye. With George’s expertise on all things designed and his ability to be quick on his feet, he’s always growing and moving. This keeps him on the tip of his toes anticipating his next project. He loves to create. Now with his 4′ x 8′ CNC Router and 5′ x 10′ Plasma Cutter, he can help you with your own creation.
George started his entertainment mural/wall covering designing too in 1998. He did his first big job at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and the Venetian Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Murals are CUSTOM designed to match each client’s needs. We are experienced in working with large corporations as well as home interior wall covering for residential properties, commercial and retail stores.
Some of the Client list ranges from Van Halen mostly working with Diamond Dave, The Venetian resort in Las Vegas and Motor City casino in Detroit, just to name a few…
